Not every workflow should be automated immediately. Use this checklist to assess whether your process is ready, and what to prepare before starting.

Process Clarity

Volume and Impact

Before You Start

Document the current process with screenshots, examples, and edge cases. Identify the "happy path" and common exceptions. Talk to everyone who uses the process. This preparation makes automation much faster and more successful.
